Fear Not

June 12, 2009

“Fear not”, what a great but simple statement.  We make this comment many times flippantly and take no thought of the full ramifications of what we have just spoken.

The Word of Yahveh is so powerful even more so when it is spoken. By His word we are told how to receive faith; we do not receive faith by some attitude or some mind set alone, it takes more than an attitude to have faith. We are told in Rom 10:17  KJV  “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God” (Yahveh). If Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of Father Yahveh then we should make sure we hear an abundant amount of Father Yahveh’s word.

Faith is the antidote for fear. Fear cannot stay where faith rules. Where there is an abundance of faith there is an absence of fear. Faith brings about righteousness, peace, joy and a sound mind in the Ruach Ha Kadesh (Holy Spirit). Fear brings about stress and anxiety and these conditions bring many symptoms of illness to the body. It behooves us to seek diligently for the faith originally delivered to the saints. Faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen.

We are in a time of national stress. So many have lost their employment and there are so many changes taking place in the government. I am concerned that what we are going to come out with won’t resemble the United States of America that we have known. “When the righteous rule; the people are at peace but when the wicked rule the people suffer”. I can’t see anything righteous about most of the crowd we have up there now. It seems everybody has there own selfish interest as a priority. We have taken the Ten Commandments out of school. We can’t even demonstrate our faith for fear of offending some other religious organization. It is almost like we (America) have thumbed our noses at Father Yahveh.

This country was not built on the Hindu or Muslim Religion; it was built on the faith in Almighty Yahveh and it was so good that everybody wanted to come over here to the good ole U.S.A. The problem is when they get here they want to make it after what they just ran from to get here. They keep telling us that the Moslem religion is a peaceful religion. Where is the Moslem nation that lives in peace? It seems the only way they know to settle disagreements is with a gun or a bomb.

We as Christians are forbidden to live in such a manner as this we are told in Phil 4:8 KJV ” Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.” Now I don’t want to seem rude but if the nation they came from is unbearable to live in why would they want to convert this nation and make it like the one they left? This nation was built on the things of Yahveh not Mohamed. I don’t have any dislike for the Muslims I just don’t want to take on the Moslem’s habits. Many of their habits are an abomination to me and I was here first or more accurately Christians were here first and if you could not bare the Christian doctrines why come here.

I am against changing our Christian practices because it might offend an unbeliever. We have a spiritual code to live by and have no authority in the Word to be mean to anyone who does not agree with us. Those who disagree also have no right to demand that we change our Spiritual practices. I was so hurt by the Tiller incident; I do not agree with abortion!! I think Tiller was a despicable man who had no respect for life. I also think he came in contact with another who had no respect for life and he ended Tillers life. I hate that this condition existed in both men and do not believe one act was better or worse than the other. Two wrongs never make a right and we must come against the wrongs in this life spiritually and not physically.

The weapons that we have are not carnal weapons but are spiritual and mighty to the pulling down of strongholds of evil such as Tiller’s operation. However having said this I do not in any way want you to think that I approve of violent actions of any kind and especially not murder. The rejection of violence is the behavior that separates us from the fanatics that want to kill everybody that does not agree with them. “Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice, for the LORD (Yahveh) has done marvelous things!” Joel 2:21 NKJV  I want to encourage believers today and say to you; Father Yahveh is still in control though we may be looking at dismal times in this nation, don’t give up. When the plagues came on Egypt there was Goshen. The Same sovereign that delivered His Israel then is still delivering His Israel today. I am glad to say that I am included in this Israel. Just as surely as if I had been born in Jerusalem, I have been adopted by the blood of Yahshua.

“Do not fear any of those things which you are about to suffer. Indeed, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and you will have tribulation ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life. 11 “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. He who overcomes shall not be hurt by the second death.”‘ Rev 2:10-11 NKJV  We do expect to inherit with Yahshua who is the ransom for our sins and sits on the right hand of Father Yahveh. I do expect to see you there in the joy of Father Yahveh.

Shalom Shalom
