(Eze 14:4 The Scriptures 1998+) “Therefore speak to them, and you shall say to them, ‘Thus said the Master YHVH, (Yahveh) “Everyone of the house of Yisra’el who sets up his idols in his heart, and puts the stumbling-block of his crookedness before his face, and shall come to the prophet – I YHVH (Yahveh) shall answer him who comes, according to his many idols. A group of elders had come before Ezekiel to seek almighty Yahveh. They were looking for answers that were pleasing to their ears; that would deliver them from their difficulties and comfort them like many of us do today. Never mind the fact that we have a heart that is loaded with transgression, idolatrous attitudes, idolatry in our hearts. You might ask, why are you saying this to the church? “The churches do not have idols in them; they do not bow down to idols”.
I say you are very mistaken; the church as we know it today is full of idols and idolatrous practices. Have you ever been into a Catholic Church? The first thing you see is a statue of the Queen of Heaven that has been renamed and titled the Virgin Mary. They have convinced believers that Almighty Yahveh wants them to bow down and kiss that horrid ugly piece of junk. The sad thing is that they follow the priest instructions and never require an authentication of the practice.
The protestant church is just as bad or worse. They criticize the Catholic Church saying that it is forbidden to bow down to graven images and are in sin. Yet they have a cross right behind the podium. It just happens to be right in front of the alter where people bow down to pray to their Sovereign and I am not questioning to whom they pray. What I am questioning is why they ignore the Fathers command and have the image of something before Him. To make it worse, they do not even have a clue that the cross is the image of Tamuz a false deity.
We sing about the power of the cross to save us. The cross has no power the power came by the one who gave His life not on a cross but on a stake to cleanse whosoever will from sin. The cross never was a symbol of Christianity until about 350 AD When Constantine deluded the pure faith with the doctrines of the sun god deities of Apollo, Tamuz and other false gods. Constantine had no problem with Christianity, as it was just one more deity added to the many that he served. Christians however are commanded to have no other deities before Him (Yahveh). This command does not mean preferred to Him but it means not to have them in His presence. It seems we have the same problem today as the elders had when they came before Ezekiel. The Father pointed out the heart condition was full of crookedness and that they kept getting out of the boundaries (the law) and had involved themselves in the worship of idols.
There are so many practices in the traditional church today that have their origin in idolatry. The system has been corrupted and the corrupted system protects itself by separating itself into categories. There is the Baptist category then there is the Methodist category and all of the other denominational categories. Each category only allows those who belong to that category to teach in their assemblies. This system protects itself by promoting and protecting the same lies that were brought in by the Constantine era when the Gospel as we know it today was deluded with pagan rituals and those who received not the love of the truth believed the lie.
(2Th 2:10-12 The Scriptures 1998+) and with all deceit of unrighteousness in those perishing, because they did not receive the love of the truth, in order for them to be saved. 11 And for this reason Sovereign sends them a working of delusion, for them to believe the falsehood, 12 in order that all should be judged who did not believe the truth, but have delighted in the unrighteousness.
You might ask me what lies are you talking about? The lie that we can live our lives free of any concern of the Father’s commandments and still walks in fellowship with Him. That is the lie that has been promoted by modern Christianity.
The concept that the law was done away with when Yahshua came to earth and died for our sins is a lie. Sure, it is easy to tell yourself that while you eat your shrimp or ham because it pleases the flesh and fulfills our fleshly desires. Listen I am an old Louisiana boy and the flesh loved to gorge on shrimp, crawfish, clams, oysters and catfish but I found out that dietary laws were not just for the Jews they were for all who wanted to walk in covenant with Almighty Yahveh. How many times have I heard someone say that Yahshua freed us from having to keep the seventh day Sabbath that was under the Old Testament and not for present day believers.
My question to you would be did Yahshua free you from the seventh day Sabbath law to honor the sun deity by keeping the first day Sabbath? Constantine brought first day Sabbath into being by making a law against seventh day Sabbath. He punished all who kept the seventh day Sabbath and did not honor the invincible sun by keeping first day (Sun – day) Sabbath.
This law was still enforced by many countries up into the 1990s. The law was called the blue law you could only buy food, drink or medicine on 1st day. One of the conditions of relationship with The Father is to not regard iniquity in our hearts. The elders offended The Father by the worship of vain idols that can do no good or no evil and He said I will answer your prayers just like the vain idols answer you. Because of the crookedness of your heart you are offensive to me. You can pray all day to the idols and they do not respond. I will answer the same way you can pray to Me all day and I will not respond. I believe much of the traditional church is offensive to The Father and He hides His face from them because of their action in pagan idolatry and traditions they practice in traditional worship. Are you precious to Him or are you an offense to Him? Are you a commandment keeper or are you a covenant breaker? Only Almighty Yahveh and you know the answer.
